The bus routes that get closest to Shorecrest Performing Arts Center are:

The 73 (Downtown Seattle Jackson Park via U-District) and 65 (U-District Lake City) are the best general routes for most people, though each stop is a 20-30 minute walk away. Getting to the rehearsal site is easier than getting home, as the later buses are an hour apart. Check the schedules, particularly for any weekend rehearsals.

Route 73: If coming from Downtown or the U District, this is the better of the two routes, with one caveat - only 1 out of every 3 runs continues as far north as Jackson Park. This is also less of an uphill walk from the bus stop. Note: one should pull the bell at 19th, or the driver may take you several blocks out of your way.

Route 65: This is the better connector from the U District, having more runs. There has been talk of closing down the bus stop just before 145th (where one would disembark), so double-check with the driver.

Note: You can click the route numbers for bus schedules. Thanks to Heather J. Martin for the clarified directions.
